Carriers
We ship orders using the following carriers, selected based on destination and service level:
- UPS (Domestic Ground, Next Day Air, Canada Ground and Express)
- DHL (International shipping)
- USPS (Domestic Ground)
Delivery Estimates
All orders ship from the East Coast.
United States
East Coast: 1–5 business days
Western States: 2–10 business days
Canada
3–10 business days, depending on location and customs processing
International
Estimated 5–14 business days depending on destination
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or other external factors.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 3 PM (EST) typically ship the same day. All orders are processed and shipped by 6 PM (EST), Monday through Saturday.
Orders containing multiple items, outerwear, or footwear may require an additional 1–3 business days for processing to ensure proper packaging.
All shipments are securely packed and sealed prior to dispatch.
Time-Sensitive Deliveries
If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us at Help@streetcommerce.shop prior to or immediately after placing your order. We will advise on the most appropriate shipping method based on your timeline.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided for all orders and will be sent via email once your shipment has been processed.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier has received the package.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Order Review and Delays
In certain cases, orders may be held for internal review to ensure accuracy and security. This may result in a delay in shipment.
If your order has not shipped within a reasonable timeframe and you have not been contacted, please reach out to us.
Signature Confirmation
Orders valued over $750 may require a signature upon delivery.
If you would like to request signature confirmation for your order, please contact us after placing your order.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing times may affect delivery estimates.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply. Any approved refunds will exclude original shipping costs.
Delivery Responsibility
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We recommend shipping to a secure location or requesting signature confirmation for higher-value orders.
Shipping Disclaimer
Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage incurred during transit.
